Tonight we had some Chinese take-out. I wasn't that hungry, so I just had some steamed mixed vegetables and brown rice. Also one dumpling. We had the same desserts as yesterday but I included a picture of that as well. My dad wanted me to take a picture of his beer, so that's in there too.

Dessert is so important in my family. There are so many relatives we no longer see at the holidays because of their sub-par desserts. Or because they made me sit at the kids' table. Anyway, this Christmas my mom made Hello Dollies/Magic Cookie Bars, those things with like, graham cracker, condensed milk, coconut, nuts and chocolate chips. They're so amazing. Also, she made these great little cheesecakes with Nilla Wafer crusts and cherry compote on top. So, so great. Also, right in the middle, I included a picture of the desserts at my boyfriend's family's house. It was this little nut coffee cake thing. Also really good. And a chocolate covered pretzel.

Christmas Dinner At My Parents

Yayy Merry Christmas!! My mom made us dinner, just you know salad and pasta with marinara sauce. It was really good. She also made focaccia from scratch, which she was very proud of.

First I'm posting about a Gingerbread house.
