Pizzas!

So I made some pizzas with friends! The dough was awesome and took like 10 minutes to make. No rising time or anything. And then I grilled it on the stove! It came out great!! Highly recommended for people with apartments or people without brick ovens.



Vegan cheese & pepperoni



Regular margherita pizza w/ fresh mozzarella


Fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, roasted garlic


My pizza, which had everything I could think of: salami (we were out of the pepperoni), roasted garlic, fresh tomatoes, fresh mozarella and smoked gouda.


Bread #3: The Beginning of Whole Wheats




So I wanted to start making whole wheat breads. After doing fun things with math so I could replace bread flour with white whole wheat flour + wheat gluten, I made a pretty good white whole wheat bread! There is much more to come.

Bread #2: Rolls





I then divided the afforementioned "Very Basic Bread" into smaller, personal-sized breads. Yeah!!
